Stock Count is not showing all items

There are a couple of common reasons you might not be seeing all items on a Stock Count.

  1. The stock count can only be performed on items and item locations that have had a transactional history.  You can view item transaction history under (Inventory > Stock Items > History button) for an item in question.  You cannot create stock in a location where that item has never been.  This is a safeguard against creating items with no known source.  Items should only have come from job receipts, PO receipts or initial stock import.
  2. For large stock count lists, the result set may paginate.  Your items may not appear on page one
