Item pictures on the Items > Additional tab appear cropped / not fitting to the window
If you have specified a picture against a stock item and the picture appears to be cropped or not fitting within the window as displayed, this is because the item image size is too large to appear normally for your particular PC's screen resolution and window size capabilities.
Pictures that are associated with Stock Items in the Additional tab do not dynamically resize or scale to fit within the display window. This window is primarily intended for a small or thumbnail size image for visual reference purposes. We recommend images in this window be sized at 512 x 512 pixels or smaller, to accommodate the most common screen resolutions and window size as displayed by that resolution.
If you require larger images to be stored against your item, we recommend using the Document Linking feature to create a linked image document against the item which can be viewed in your default image viewing program.
