Receiving I/O error 32 when trying to import

If you are doing a data import, and get an "I/O Error 32" when starting the import, this typically means that the import file is still open in whatever application you were using to edit the file. For example, if importing a .CSV file, you may still have that file open in Excel.

If you close the application that was being used to edit the file, and thereby closing the import file, you should not receive this error when attempting to import.
